These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BencoolenTech website at bencoolentech.sg (the "Site") and any content, features, or services made available through it. The Site is operated by BencoolenTech ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Singapore.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

BencoolenTech designs, hosts, and maintains multi-agent AI architectures for small and medium enterprises. The Site is currently a pre-launch information page. Descriptions of our product tiers, roadmap, and capabilities are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Any engagement for our services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and BencoolenTech. Where these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement prevails for those services.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party.

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers; use automated means to scrape or harvest content or personal data; or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our contact form.

The Site includes an AI assistant that provides general information about BencoolenTech. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for convenience only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information to the assistant.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to BencoolenTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own non-commercial reference.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to your enquiry and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BencoolenTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BencoolenTech and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
